Passionate by plants and the arts, Emma Tarbush is known to combine their creativity and their skills in botany with their culinary practices. Their roots with the earth nourish Cafe Bandit through seasonal creations. 

After two years of touring the world by bicycle and searching for a more fulfilling and ecological lifestyle, Marge Becaud was accepted in pastry school and is now well established in Montreal. Their inspirations from the four quarters of the world can be found in their experimentations with flavours.  


Our recipes combine our love for a more healthy lifestyle, local and environmental. Our collaborations with our Quebec-based farmers offer unique creations, seasonal, and reduce our ecological impact on the planet.
